3.01 Application for admission into the 1st Semester in the college should be made in prescribed application form given in college website www.kherajkhatcollege.co.in

3.02 Application completely filled should reach the office of the College on or before notified date.

3.03 Admission into the college is made in order of merit and is governed by the college admission rules. Decision of Admission Committee regarding admission will be final.

3.04 Completed Admission form accompanied by self-attested copies of all testimonials as stated in the admission form must be enclosed.

3.05 Candidates are required to produce the original copies of all the testimonials at the time of admission.

3.06 Reservation will be maintained for SC/ST and OBC candidate as per the rules of the Govt. of Assam.

3.07 Provisional merit list of the candidate will be prepared and published two days before of the scheduled admission date.

3.08 The decision of the Principal regarding any dispute in admission related issue is final.

3.09 Candidates having more than three years study gap will not be eligible for admission.

NB: It is hereby informed all the students/concerned that, from this academic session/year(2020-21), Email ID and Bank Account Number of students have been made mandatory for applying for admission. We would like to advice all the students to get their Email ID and Bank Account Number ready before the applying for Admission Process starts to avoid any difficulties getting Bank Account Number and Email ID at the last moment. Only original documents uploaded will be accepted.
